Initial Visit to OSG

You will be asked to provide detailed information about current and previous eye problems, your general health, medications and allergies.

Your initial exam evaluates your vision, your cornea, iris and lenses to determine a course of action if any is needed.

Follow Up visits include further testing, prescription fittings and any necessary procedures.
